Office Signage System

One of the world's most successful food companies had undergone big changes to its organization and its vision. To usher in a new brand culture, Heinz needed a highly visible way to reinforce its new principles internally while simultaneously creating a vibrant and engaging workspace. While many corporate signage systems turn into mere window dressing or "flavors of the month," our solution was to infuse the company’s new "Vision, Values, Focus" value system into the organization’s walls themselves.


Wall Graphics & Pillars

Pipitone Group designed a series of wall graphics for office space, entrance areas, locker rooms, cafeterias, building exteriors—and even closets!—that concisely encapsulates the company's refined values. Pillar designs brought the Vision, Values and Focus messaging into three dimensions, featuring vibrant color and imagery of the very source and end-product foods the company uses and sells.

Talent Acquisition

Imagery of these workspaces has been used extensively on the company's Talent Initiative website to recruit the best of the best from around the world.
