Eat'n Park

All Smiles for Media Relations

Creating Smiles Since 1949

What started as a single car-hop style restaurant in Pittsburgh in 1949, has grown into a portfolio of regional foodservice concepts focused on personalized dining. Individual brands include Eat’n Park Restaurants, Hello Bistro, The Porch Restaurants, Parkhurst Dining and SmileyCookie.com.

PUSH 7’s (now Pipitone Group’s) support for Eat’n Park Hospitality Group and its individual business units takes many forms, including media relations, crisis communications planning and management, media training and developing the company’s quarterly internal newsletter.

A Continual Drum Beat

A beloved Pittsburgh-based company, Eat’n Park has many great stories to tell. Our team develops media relations strategies to support the company’s marketing priorities and keep Eat’n Park in the news.

Great Story Telling

Our team works closely with Eat’n Park leadership to gather story ideas, identify new opportunities, and develop an effective media relations strategy that captures media attention and successfully promotes the trusted brand.

Our efforts include creating and identifying traditional and non-traditional storytelling opportunities through targeted pitching, news releases, media advisories, creative media events and engaging local influencers. With deep, long-term media relationships, we understand and continue to evolve with the ever-changing media landscape and utilize our trusted media relationships to tell the Eat’n Park story creatively and effectively.

Results

We wrote the action guide, coordinated the pilot and managed the launch that included media relations, a social media campaign, speech writing, a website and a variety of storytelling blog posts. The Action Guide has been downloaded nearly 7,500 times and has since been shared many times over.
