Pittsburgh, March 26, 2008— Pipitone Group has recently been selected by Centre County Industrial Development Corporation (CCIDC) to create a brand identity and related marketing materials for Benner Commerce Park, a new business park currently being developed in the heart of Centre County.
Located at Interstate-99 and state route 150, between Bellefonte and State College, the park is located 10 minutes from Penn State University's main campus and University Park Airport and is looking to attract advanced manufacturing firms, regional headquarters of national organizations or local firms wishing to expand.

These elements will be integrated into advertising, corresponding collateral materials and other marketing tools that will demonstrate to target audiences what a great opportunity this location holds for a variety of companies.
